The topic of world government has occupied much of our attention because it has become the passion of most of our world leaders, and because it is such a significant factor in end time prophecy.  I believe that preparations for it have been ongoing for at least fifty years now.

As early as 1942, globalist politician John Foster Dulles (Secretary of State in the Eisenhower administration) called for freedom to migrate anywhere in the world. As chairman of a national conference held by the liberal Federal Council of Churches (precursor to the World Council of Churches), he introduced these goals:

•  a world government of delegated powers
•  immediate limitations on national sovereignty
•  international control of all armies and navies
•  a universal system of money (Revelation 13:17)
•  worldwide freedom of immigration
•  even distribution of the world’s natural wealth

From that day to this present hour powerful men in high places have been at work to bring that vision about. The drive for world government has now reached a crescendo. Some of the initiatives for world government come from unusual places. The following news item spells out plainly a move to implement world government. "Coca-Cola is spearheading a coalition of more than 100 companies pushing a United Nations climate treaty to bind the U.S. to cap-and-trade emissions regulation, commit the world's wealthiest nations to a potential $10 trillion in foreign aid and, possibly, form a proposed international ‘super-grid’ for regulating and distributing electric power worldwide."

These proposals would require the implementation of a world government. This would involve the transfer of much of the wealth of America to the developing world. U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi is calling for a "world tax".  A “world tax” would require world governance. She said, "Any tax imposed on financial transactions would have to take effect internationally. It would have to be an international rule, not just a U.S. rule".  Pelosi also said, at a news conference, "We couldn't do it alone; we'd have to do it as an international initiative".

The drive for world government is now coming at us from every possible angle.

The United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen December 7-18 is a move to bring about world government. Lord Christopher Monckton, a former science adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, asserts the real purpose of the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen is to use concern over "global warming" as a pretext to lay the foundation for a one-world government.

Monckton went on to say, "I read that treaty and what it says is this: that a world government is going to be created. The word 'government' actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity". He has warned the proposal would cede U.S. sovereignty, mandate a massive wealth transfer from the US to pay reparations for "climate debt" to third world countries and create a "world government" to enforce the treaty’s provisions.

It now appears that President Obama, along with China, India and the EU, are supporting the treaty to be presented at Copenhagen. It seems that world-wide euphoria is growing, an excitement and anticipation that world governance will not only solve climate change problems but will solve all of the world's problems and bring about peace.

Monckton also said, "Your president will sign it. Most of the Third World countries will sign it, because they think they're going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regimes from the European Union will rubber-stamp it. Virtually nobody won't sign it," 

Time will tell if Monckton is right. The fact is, the whole world is climbing on the band wagon of one world government, and the only issue is the timing. The Stockholm Conference could bring it about much faster than we have anticipated.

The EU has now chosen a new Super President who will have wide-ranging powers. I believe this office will be the office from which Antichrist will arise. The new president is Herman Van 

Rompuy who will take office on January 1, 2010. This man has been chosen out of the small, insignificant country of Belgium. Daniel said of the Antichrist, "he shall come up, and become strong with a small people." Daniel 11:23.

Will this man be the Antichrist?  We do not know and it is pointless and unwise to speculate because those who are in Christ will not be here to find out.  Antichrist will not be revealed until after the rapture of the Church. His identity will be revealed when he signs the seven year peace treaty with Israel and the nations.  Listen to Van Rompuy speak, "2009 is the first year of global governance with establishment of the G20 in the middle of the financial crisis." He also said, "The climate conference in Copenhagen is another step toward global management of our planet."
Will Copenhagen produce a structure for world government or will it take another major world crisis?

"All we need is the right major crisis," said David Rockefeller -- one of the most powerful change agents behind the scenes, "and the nations will accept the New World Order." Former President George H. W. Bush echoed that assurance. "Out of these troubled times... a new world order can emerge”.

Will there be another major crisis to finally bring about world governance? Is the world facing a nuclear exchange; or a collapse of the world economy greater than the current one; or the collapse of the US dollar? Will the rapture create a major world crisis?

These are speculation beyond our scope.

Daniel and John tell us that the tribulation period will revolve around two kingdoms. The First will be the Revived Roman Empire which will last for 3 ½ years, Revelation 17:12.  The Second will be the World Wide Kingdom of Antichrist, which will be formed at the mid-tribulation point as the Revived Roman Empire gives way to it, Revelation 17:13.

The tiny little nation of Israel responded and within six days drove out their enemies and conquered the Sinai, the Golan Heights, the West Bank (Judea & Samaria) and East Jerusalem. God miraculously gave back to Israel the Land promised to Abraham, Isaac & Jacob. It was an incredible, miraculous victory of Biblical proportions, a victory prophesied in Zechariah 12:6.

The Yom Kippur war- The Arabs rearmed again. October 16, 1973 was not only the Jewish Sabbath but it was also Yom Kippur, the most holy day in Israel. No Jew is supposed to eat, work, travel or listen to the radio or TV on that day. A large part of the Jewish army was on leave! On that day, without warning, the Arab armies launched their greatest assault on Israel. With 1000 planes, 4000 tanks and 800,000 men the Arabs caught Israel by surprise. They penetrated deep into Israel before Israel could mobilize, Israel should have been annihilated. Again Zechariah, 12:6 was fulfilled, within two weeks the bulk of the Arab armies were driven back and destroyed. Israel was poised to take Cairo and Damascus which they voluntarily declined to do.

Today 200 million Arabs are afraid to attack Israel. They fire rockets from the safety of their own territory and send their children to throw stones at the Israel army or blow themselves up to kill a few Jews.

Today we are seeing events which are moving us rapidly toward the forming of the infrastructure for these two Kingdoms. We are, at this very hour, hearing the drum roll of introduction for the coming Day of the Lord! The curtain is about to go up on the last act of the drama of man's day!

I cannot help but think of what Paul said as we face the present hour, "But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief." 1 Thess. 5:4.  May I ask you, are you in darkness and unable to see what is happening in our world or are you in the light and recognize that the trumpet is soon to sound? What are you living for?  There is only one thing worth living for, "living to please Christ," so that we will not be ashamed before Him at His soon coming.

The most important question you face is the question of your soul’s condition.  Are you saved?  Are you "In Christ"?  Are you about to go into the Lord's presence or are you about to go into the awful tribulation period? 

The Miracle of Israel

Everything about Israel is miraculous, from her miraculous birth in the iron furnace of Egypt, to her present day restoration and preservation.

It would take far more space and time than we have here to record that story. We would catalogue but a few of the modern miracles surrounding Israel.

The war of 1948 was a scene reminiscent of the wars of the Old Testament. A handful of untrained, poorly equipped Jewish fighters withstood the might of five well equipped Arab armies. The war lasted six months; Israel trounced the Arabs and drove them out of Israel.

The six day war- For 19 years Russia rearmed the Arabs with the finest of military weapons. They planned a war to utterly destroy Israel; it would be 200 million Arabs against 2 million Jews. On May 3, 1967, the combined armies of Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, Algeria, and Lebanon attacked

The land of Israel has blossomed like a rose, God has miraculously prospered Israel. Today, Israel feeds much of the world with fruits and vegetable grown in the desert sands. The miracles have not ceased, in the last few years God has preserved Israel, as the whole world pressures Israel to give up much of the land God has promised to them. Israel’s weak unbelieving leaders have tried to negotiate a withdrawal from Judea and Samaria, but God has prevented that from happening.

This year the US administration has totally turned against Israel, bringing tremendous pressure and threats against Israel to negotiate an agreement with the PA. The agreement in question would spell an end to the nation of Israel. God has intervened to prevent this from happening.

The miraculous thing is that even now, in spite of all of this pressure, Israel is actually moving into and consolidating its position in Judea and Samaria (West Bank) and in East Jerusalem. There are now 250,000 Israeli’s living in the West Bank.

Recently the PA has threatened to unilaterally declare an independent state. Israel’s response is to state that in such case Israel would annex much of the West Bank. We have watched for the last sixty years as the God of Israel has placed Israel in her own land and is preserving her and expanding her position in spite of war, intifada and political pressure from the whole world, and weak leadership within.

 All of this is happening in spite of Israel`s unbelief and disobedience. God has performed miracle after miracle for Israel in our own day and continues to do so.

Why does God perform these miraculous things for Israel in spite of her unbelief and disobedience? Why has God chastened Israel and yet preserved her over the long centuries? Why has the Lord not cast Israel off? It is important to know the answer to these questions.

The answer is found in Ezekiel 36:22-23, “Therefore say unto the house of Israel, I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name’s sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went. And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, saith the Lord God, when I shall be sanctified in your eyes.”

God is working in and through Israel to restore and bless her, not because Israel deserves it, but to glorify His own name. God has declared that He will bless and restore Israel and His word and His honour is at stake. He has also purposed to cause the heathen to know Him as well, through His dealings with Israel many of the heathen will be arrested and drawn to God. The heart of God seeks to bless and embrace the whole world.

Having stated how God is preserving Israel and preparing to bless her, we also know from scripture that there waits for Israel one final great chastening. It will follow Israel’s accepting Antichrist and agreeing with him to divide the land in order to gain peace. We read about the time of Jacob’s trouble, the last 3 ½ years of the tribulation period, we learn that two thirds of Israeli’s will die at that time. We also learn that God will preserve and save the one third who have believing hearts, Zechariah 13:8-9.

Every living Jew will be saved at that time, Paul said of that time, “And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob,” Romans 11:26. See also, Ezekiel 36:24-28.

We are witnessing the fulfillment of another prophecy given to us nearly 3000 years ago. The prophecy that states the nations of the world would join together to destroy Israel. “For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones, for they have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:” Psalm 83:2-5

The very fact that the world is set to destroy Israel is a fulfillment of prophecy. Those that deny and defy God concerning Israel are proving His Word to be true.

Verse 12 of the same Psalm also gives us more of today’s headlines, “Who said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God in possession.” The whole Muslim world claims they will go to war if Israel tries to take back the Temple Mount, they claim it is theirs.       

That which is center stage today was clearly prophesied 3000 years ago. Fulfilled prophecy proves beyond any shadow of a doubt that God is the Sovereign Lord of the universe who knows the end from the beginning, and it proves that the Bible is the Word of God.

When we look at Israel we see the miraculous hand of God preserving her, determined to correct her and restore her to himself. The capstone of the Old Testament is found in Zechariah 13:9, “And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.”

Joel lets us look at the last chapter of this story as he gives a glimpse of Armageddon, “I also will gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, And will plead (judge) with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.” Joel 3:2. The stage is now being set for that awful time of judgment that will come upon the whole world.       

The Mark of the Beast

John tells us in Revelation 13:16 about the mark of the beast. The Antichrist will arise out of the Revived Roman Empire, he will, by the midpoint of the tribulation period, become a dictator who will control and enslave the entire world. He will then proceed to cause all to worship him.

“And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Rev. 13: 16-17

There has never, in all of history until this present hour, been a time when this prophecy could be fulfilled. In the last decade we have been introduced to Bio Chip Technology. It is now possible to place a micro chip smaller than a grain of rice, under the skin. This chip, like the micro chip in the newest credit cards, can potentially store everything relating to the individual. It could be used to receive wages, to pay bills as a credit card, in fact it could be used to totally monitor and control the bearer. It could limit him from being able to carry on business and to prevent him from buying or selling.

That which Bible students were perplexed over for centuries concerning the mark of the beast, is now understood and ready to be put into operation. One of the big questions has been how could this ever be made operational on a world wide scale?

We have now learned that India is planning to give biometric Ids to its 1.16 billion people. When you consider that the mark of the beast will not be used until the mid tribulation point, it now seems possible to implement the mark of the beast on a world wide scale. This technology is being rapidly developed with breakthroughs coming at a steady pace. The following news item demonstrates this. “Researchers are developing silicon-and-silk implantable devices which sit under the skin like a tattoo. Already implanted into mice, these tattoos could carry LEDs, turning your skin into a screen.”

Wherever you look at end time prophecy, the pieces are falling into place. The time is at hand, we are even at the doors. “And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.” Luke 21:28                            

The Emerging New World Order

“To achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, loyalty to family tradition, national patriotism, and religious dogmas.” 

Canadian psychiatrist Brock Chisholm became the first head of the World Health Organization (WHO). Notice how he presented "mental health" as a useful crisis in the following message, which would later be published by Alger Hiss: "To achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, loyalty to family tradition, national patriotism, and religious dogmas."

"For many generations we have bowed our necks to the yoke of the conviction of sin. We have swallowed all manner of poisonous certainties fed us by our parents.... 
"There is something to be said... for gently putting aside the mistaken old ways of our elders if that is possible. If it cannot be done gently, it may have to be done roughly or even violently."

Replace "divisive" Biblical absolutes with "helpful" universal values. When applied to religion, the "new ways of thinking" means setting aside our old "narrow" beliefs for the sake of unity. For this to happen, Christianity must either bend or break, yet even church leaders are imposing these psycho-social strategies on their unsuspecting followers. In fact, many Christians now believe this new "systems thinking" fits God's purpose for humanity. Echoing the message of UNESCO and Dr. Senge, "America's pastor" Pastor Rick Warren tells us, "It's all about the global glory of God! We intend to leverage the attention that the Purpose Driven Life has garnered to bring about a whole new way of thinking and acting in the church about our responsibility in the world."

Pink - Slipping Congress Wipes Out Paper Supplies

Mills ramping up to make more, all designated for campaign

For a second time, the supplies of pink paper have been wiped out across North America by a true grass-roots campaign to send pink slips to members of Congress, warning them against support for the health-care takeover, big spending, hate-crimes legislation and energy taxes.

WND got notification today of the shortage – which already is being resolved – from the printer of pink slips that have been streaming into Capitol Hill by the millions. The latest count was more than 8 million.

"The WND pink slip campaign has wiped out ALL Hammermill pink paper supplies in North America," said a campaign official. "All pink paper resources throughout the country were pooled to ship to our printer for production of pink slips.

"Other than small quantities already in stock at print shops and retail outlets, no other pink paper is available for purchase since it is currently on backorder," the official continued.

"Hammermill's mills are ramping up to manufacture more pink paper, ALL designated for WND."

The campaign, however, had stockpiled enough paper for the most recent deluge of pink slips, and the new manufacturing efforts are expected in time to meet the next surge, officials confirmed.

"We'll go outside the U.S., if necessary," to get enough supplies, said Joseph Farah, founder and CEO of WND.

Farah, who organized the campaign with WND columnist Janet Porter, says the campaign has been picking up since a half-dozen members of Congress held a press conference recently to announce their support of the effort – an event that was covered widely by television and print reporters.

Reps. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., Steve King, R-Iowa, Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., and Louis Gohmert, R-Texas, held a press conference with Farah and Porter outside the Capitol. The lawmakers praised the program and said it is producing results – changing the minds of some members who were backing House and Senate leadership initiatives and bolstering the conviction of those who oppose them.

"It's an amazing feat, to get that many slips to Congress," Rep. Steven King, R-Iowa, told WND. "If you look through them, you can index each one back to an individual. That's powerful. There is a person behind each one of the slips."

“UN using Climate to Push One World Government Reforms”

From Joel Rosenberg (Epicenter), Frank Peretti (This Present Darkness), and Lee Strobel (The Case for Christ) to William Paul Young (The Shack), Leonard Sweet (Quantum Spirituality), and contemplative proponents such as Duffy Robbins (Enjoy the Silence) and Brad Jersak, Break Forth will be like drawing gray lines in the sand–blended, indistinguishable lines.
In essence, this merging together, like so many other events now taking place within evangelical Christianity, will help erode the distinction between truth and falsehood and light and dark.

Jewish Settlers to Continue Building, Despite Freeze

The heads of many Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria on Monday said they will continue authorizing new building projects in their communities, despite a 10-month settlement freeze declared by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last week.

At their third emergency gathering since Netanyahu's announcement, the settler leaders labeled the prime minister's decision "illegitimate, immoral, inhuman and anti-Zionist."

They threatened to forcibly deny entry to their communities to government inspectors.

Representatives from Netanyahu's office refused to respond to queries by The Jerusalem Post regarding the settler position.

Netanyahu announced the partial settlement freeze under tremendous US pressure. While he and other government officials say it will demonstrate to the world that the true obstacle to peace is Palestinian intransigence, many fear that once a concession has been made, the international community will not allow Israel to take it back.

The Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria are by far the fastest growing sector of Israeli society, and the settlement freeze is stifling them and threatening to put a lot of laborers, including thousands of Palestinians, out of a job.

Hizballah: Only War will Work Against Israel

Hot on the heels of the Palestinians saying they cannot negotiate peace with Israel, despite recent Israeli concessions, Hizballah leader Hassan Nasrallah on Monday declared that the only way to get anything from Israel is through war.

Nasrallah also repeated claims that Israel continues to threaten Lebanon military for no reason, thus necessitating Hizballah's ongoing military build-up. Nasrallah said Hizballah will be significantly upgrading its ability to wage war in the coming months. The group is funded and supplied by Iran.

UN Security Council Resolution 1701, which brought an end to the 2006 Second Lebanon War, mandates 10,000 UN peacekeepers on the ground in Lebanon to prevent Hizballah from rearming. But the force has done little to carry out its mandate since deploying three years ago.

As the Lisbon Treaty went into force on December 1st, the EU celebrated a new set of rules to put a stop to years of wrangling behind the scenes and additional setbacks that have marked the lengthy process of institutional building in the EU.

The Lisbon Treaty, which embodies most of the failed European Constitution, has as its most prominent innovation the creation of a permanent president and a beefed up foreign policy chief who will lead a new large diplomatic core.

With the Lisbon Treaty now in force in the EU, the stage is set for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

Since the signing of the Treaty of Rome by a number of European leaders on March 25, 1957, the European community has evolved into the EU that now has in place a treaty, the Lisbon Treaty, that has become the law of Europe. This tedious process has been the subject of debate over the years, but now the EU can and will become a major economic, political, governmental and military force to be reckoned with on the world stage.

With a gross national product almost twice that of the US, a common currency that is stronger than the US dollar, the EU will play a major role in the global economic crisis and a resolution to that crisis.

This report is almost in lockstep with the revelation in Bible prophecy for the end of days. The ancient Jewish prophet Daniel wrote 2500 years ago that the old Roman Empire would be revived in the last days, Daniel 2 and 7. Though I cannot say that the EU is the actual fulfillment of Daniel's prophecy, I can say that the new EU under the Lisbon Treaty and all that the treaty calls for is at least the infrastructure for the revived Roman Empire. The old Roman Empire had a legislative body, a common currency and a military operation, which is what the EU today either has in place or will have in place in the near future.

With the Lisbon Treaty in force in the EU the stage is set for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

The EU's Lisbon Treaty has come into force, marking what Sweden's prime minister describes as a "new era" for the 27-nation bloc.

Fredrik Reinfeldt, who is steering the EU presidency, says the treaty makes the EU "more open and more democratic".

His message on the presidency website comes ahead of EU celebrations in the Portuguese capital on Tuesday, with fireworks, music and leaders' speeches.

Critics say the treaty will cede too many national powers to Brussels.

Institutional changes are now under way following ratification of the treaty by all 27 member states.

Lisbon has come into force about eight years after the EU started negotiations on the institutional reforms.

The treaty is designed to streamline decision-making and give the EU greater influence in world affairs.

It creates two new posts - President of the European Council and a High Representative for Foreign Affairs.

The BBC's Jonny Dymond, in Brussels, says the introduction of the treaty may appear low-key but the way decisions are made in the EU will change.

Foreign affairs supremo

It overcame its final hurdle when the Czech Republic became the last of the member states to ratify it last month.

EU leaders later chose Belgian Prime Minister Herman Van Rompuy to be the first permanent European Council President.

The job of foreign affairs supremo went to the EU Trade Commissioner, Baroness Ashton from the UK.

She takes over from EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana, who is leaving his post after 10 years in the role.

As High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Lady Ashton will command a more powerful position with a new, and eventually vast, European diplomatic service.

One of the treaty's key areas is the removal of national vetoes in a number of areas. These include the fight against climate change, energy security and emergency aid.

Unanimity will still be needed in tax, foreign policy, defence and social security.

Mr Reinfeldt said that "in the future, when we make decisions concerning citizens' freedom, security and justice, our main principle will be to make them together with the European Parliament".

The treaty makes the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights legally binding for EU institutions and, according to Mr Reinfeldt, "we make clear equality between men and women and protection of children's rights within all policy areas".

The Foreign Ministry warned Tuesday morning that a Swedish-led attempt to have the European Union recognize eastern Jerusalem as the capital of the Palestinian Authority will backfire.

The draft proposal, expected to be placed on the EU table next week, would damage efforts to reach peace with the PA and damage the EU’s standing as a trusted entity, ministry spokesman Yossi Levy said. “The Europeans must pressure the Palestinians to return to the negotiating table," he added. "Such moves like the one being led by Sweden lead to the opposite outcome."

The Swedish proposal also omits any recognition of the rest of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

Government officials estimate that several EU members will oppose the proposal by Sweden, which retains the rotating presidency of the European body until next month.

Likud Knesset Member Tzipi Hotovely blamed her own government for the EU move, saying, “This is more proof that the erosion of legitimacy for residents of Judea and Samaria is the direct cause for the erosion of the status of Jerusalem.”

The draft proposal of the EU will include its readiness to recognize the PA as a “democratic” and independent entity if PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas carries out his plan to unilaterally declare statehood. Abbas has asked the United Nations to recognize the PA as an independent state based on the 1949-1967 borders of Israel, a move which in effect destroys the Roadmap plan and American efforts for a negotiated agreement with Israel.

Millions who have rejected the Christian gospel have generally been too busy and too involved to ask themselves a simple question:  "What really is God's intention toward me?"

They could have found the plain and simple answer given by the Apostle John:  "For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world: but that the world through him might be saved."

This is a gravely significant message from the heart of God Himself! Yet, even in the full light it provides, people are indifferent. Upon our eyes there seems to have fallen a strange dimness; within our ears, a strange dullness. It is a wonder, and a terrible responsibility, that we should have this message in our possession and be so little stirred about it!

I confess that it is very hard for me to accept the fact that it is now very rare for anyone to come into the house of God, silently confessing: "Dear Lord, I am ready and willing to hear what you will speak to me today!"  

Arab Markets Start to Crash, Israel Unaffected Thanks to Boycott

The Middle East stood on the brink of a financial crisis this week when the financial markets in Dubai, the Arab world's economic jewel, crashed a worrying 10 percent. The drop was preceded by the government-backed state conglomerate Dubai World informing creditors that they would have to wait at least another six months for repayment.

Dubai, one of the seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates, is home to a disproportionate amount of real estate development, diamond exports and other major industries in the Arab world. An economic collapse there would be felt heavily in every neighboring state.

Except Israel, that is. Thanks to the decades-old Arab boycott against doing business with Israelis, there is very little Israeli investment in Dubai. If this week's drop in the Dubai markets heralds a larger economic crisis in the Middle East, Israel may be the only country untouched by it.
