The Endtime Scenario Continues to Unfold

A few years ago reporting on the end-time prophetic scenario was relatively simple. The process is growing more complicated by the day. Today so many events of end-time significance are happening that it is hard to focus on any one area.

In the European Union the office of a super-leader is in place awaiting the arrival of the super-man to take over. There is economic turmoil, confusion, discontent as a struggle develops between the EU nations and the leadership in Brussels. This struggle is for control over the Union and for the Union’s control over the nations. The characteristic of this Revived Roman Empire since its’ inception has been disunity and a lack of cohesion, “And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.” (Daniel 2:42)

In a recent move the leadership in Brussels are devising new ways to raise taxes which will funnel 100’s of billions of Euros directly to Brussels. In the midst of its many problems, the EU is looking more and more like the infrastructure of the coming Revived Roman Empire (RRE).

We remind you that the Revived Roman Empire will not appear on the scene until after the rapture of the Church. The R.R.E. will last exactly 3 ½ years and at the mid-tribulation point will be swallowed up in the World-wide kingdom of Antichrist. Revelation 17:13, “These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.” This occurs at the mid-tribulation point.

The R.R.E. does not appear in its final form until the Antichrist appears. “And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast,” Revelation 17:12. Daniel also describes the appearance of Antichrist on the scene in Europe. “And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.” Daniel 7:24.

The stage has been quietly set for the Beast to come on the scene in Europe and violently take over the EU and establish the R.R.E. I believe the present turmoil is a part of the setting for his coming.

Believer you are in the way of the revelation of Antichrist. The rapture must take place before he is revealed. You will not see him appear, you will be caught up before he comes on the scene.  “Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.” (Revelation 3:10)  This was written to the Church of Philadelphia which is side by side with the Laodicean Church in the lasts days. The Boldness of Israel`s Enemies

The following news item demonstrates this claim. “The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) voted recently to officially declare Rachel's Tomb to be a mosque. UNESCO director Irena Bokova had previously stated “concern” at Israel's decision to treat the tomb as a heritage site.

The vote called for Rachel's Tomb and the Tomb of the Patriarchs – the burial site of the other Biblical Patriarchs and Matriarchs – to be removed from Israel's National Heritage list.

The Palestinian Authority has claimed that Rachel's Tomb is holy to Muslims as the site of a mosque called the Bilal Bin Rabah Mosque. The PA demands control over both the tomb and the Tomb of the Patriarchs in Hevron, as well as the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.”

The amazing thing is that the prophet foretold these very things 2500 years ago.

“Thus saith the Lord GOD; because the enemy hath said against you, Aha, even the ancient high places are ours in possession:” (Ezekiel 36:2)

“Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Surely in the fire of my jealousy have I spoken against the residue of the heathen, and against all  Idumea, which have appointed my land into their possession with the joy of all their heart, with despiteful minds, to cast it out for a prey.” (Ezekiel 36:5)

These prophecies are being fulfilled now before our very eyes! These prophecies have never been fulfilled in the past. Fulfilled prophecy proves the Bible is God’s Word and that God writes history in advance. Fulfilled prophecy proves that God is the Sovereign Lord of the universe.

To add to the amazement of it all, a study by Jimmy De Young demonstrates that the Palestinians are the Idumeans or the Edomites.

The world has joined the Palestinians in declaring that that the Promised Land belongs to them. Listen to what the God of Israel says. “For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.” (Ezekiel 36:24)

We are reminded of what David said about this very situation in Psalm 2: 1-4. “Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision.”

God has a time for all His purposes, Just wait. The time for the Palestinians may not be very far away.

Defying God

In a news item this week Caroline Glick wrote, “A striking aspect of the so-called building freeze in Judea and Samaria is that an enormous amount of construction went on throughout the last 10 months. The Arabs of Judea and Samaria were not only building without restrictions, the US, Europe and the Arab states of the Persian Gulf bankrolled much of their construction.”

To the contrary, every time a Jewish home is built there is an international outcry! The nations are being moved by the great enemy of God to defy the Him and to take from Israel the Promised Land.  “For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed forever.” (Genesis 13:15)

Caroline Glick went on to say, “a motorist travelling from Jerusalem to Ma'aleh Adumim will pass hundreds of empty five-story buildings in Issawiya and other Arab neighbourhoods built for the sole purpose of preventing Israel from connecting the two.”  The Palestinians are not interested in bettering the lot of their people; their only concern is to drive Israel off the land God promised them. You can surely understand where that motivation comes from.

The Lord has something to say about the outcome of this attack on His people. “I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead (judge) with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.” (Joel 3:2)  That day is surely not far off.

In another bold attempt to rob Israel of her land, the Obama administration is proposing that Israel lease a part of East Jerusalem and parts of the West Bank from the Palestinians. The suggestion is for a 40 year or 99 year lease. That would seem to satisfy the Israeli desire to occupy the land. However such a deal would totally deny Israeli ownership of the land, (Never mind that the Palestinians would latter simply cancel the lease). The enemies of God are determined to remove Israel from the land. “In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:” (Genesis 15:18) The issue is, that the nations are at war against the living God. “And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.” (Genesis 17:8)

Why is Obama proposing this idea? Obama and his administration believe that the land belongs to the Palestinians. Whether this is wilful ignorance or just ignorance of God’s Word the consequences will be the same. The Lord attached a rider to His promise to Israel; ” And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee:..” (Genesis 12:3)

In a democracy the people are responsible for their government. America is in defiance of God in this matter. There are flashing signs everywhere of serious trouble on the horizon for America.
