This verse is ever memorable from its association with the life of Augustine, who says: "Thus was I sick and tormented in mind, bitterly accusing myself, and rolling and turning about in my chain, till it might be wholly broken."

At length, rushing into the garden, groaning in spirit, "all my bones were crying out, soul-sick was I and grievously tormented. I said to myself, 'Be it done now; be it done now.' And a voice said, 'Why standest thou in thyself, and so standest not? Cast thyself upon Him. Fear not; He will not withdraw Himself, to let thee fall. He will receive, and will heal thee. Israel's success in foiling Hezbollah's revenge attack on Sunday was the result of several factors: excellent intelligence, experience in the northern sector against the Iran-backed terrorist group, proper deployment of forces and a clever ruse.

The IDF's Northern Command and Galilee Division did a good job preparing the border area in the week that passed since Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah's fiery speech last Sunday in which he vowed revenge for Israel's alleged drone strike in Beirut.

On Sunday, a Hezbollah cell fired guided anti-tank rockets at an armored vehicle which also functioned as a military ambulance. The vehicle was parked in a designated position in an IDF outpost near the border. Soldiers from the Commando Brigade, who were sent to the northern sector several days ago, exited the vehicle shortly before the attack.

The ruse consisted of a media blackout involving "wounded" soldiers, including their staged evacuation to Rambam Hospital in Haifa. The IDF simultaneously struck a series of targets in Lebanon (all carefully chosen to avoid civilian casualties).

Lebanese media outlets, mainly those affiliated with Hezbollah, were quick to celebrate the wounding of Israeli soldiers. Only later did the IDF spokesperson issue a statement saying no troops had been hurt.

The success of the IDF's deception allowed Sunday's skirmish to end without casualties, although it still isn't clear if the incident is entirely over. It all depends on the story Hezbollah tells itself and on Nasrallah's credibility in the eyes of his personal and political supporters. 

If the Lebanese people believe the attack succeeded, and that Israel is lying and concealing its casualties, the army can lower its alert level and wrap the incident up with a ribbon.

However, if they don't buy it, Hezbollah could look to strike again.

Hence, over at least the next 24 hours, Israel must continue keeping close tabs on movements in Lebanon and maintain operational readiness. It must also study the incident and learn the necessary operational lessons. Hezbollah fell for the trap, but won't easily do so again. It too will learn, make corrections and improve to ensure success in the future--perhaps the near future.

The IDF's effective tactical conduct appears to have prevented a broader conflagration in the northern sector. The Northern Command prepared for the possibility that Hezbollah would pull off a large terrorist attack, possibly leading to an all-out war.

That scenario did not materialize, but the threat still exists. Although Hezbollah claimed the attack was retaliation for the deaths of its two operatives in Syria last week, in which the IDF thwarted a planned drone strike on Israeli targets, the organization mostly wants to avenge the alleged Israeli drone attack in south Beirut last Sunday, which reportedly targeted equipment necessary for the manufacture of precision missiles.

The strategic threat wasn't neutralized on Sunday. Hezbollah is still licking its wounds from the drone strike in Beirut, but alongside its promises of revenge, it will also seek other ways to amass an arsenal of precision missiles. 

While Israel has already drawn clear red lines in the proverbial sand, the mysterious drone strike on the Hezbollah stronghold in south Beirut, together with the ensuing public relations campaign, might not be enough to deter the terrorist group. 

It's likely Israel will soon again be faced with the dilemma of whether to launch an attack aimed at mitigating the damage of a future war, knowing that doing so could ignite a war now.

Item 1: The mainstream media has been ordered to start promoting cannibalism

A Swedish scientist is now promoting the “food of the future” … and it’s dead humans. And yes, just as you suspected, eating dead humans is being pushed in the name of stopping “climate change.” As Paul Joseph Watson reports, “He told the host of the show that one of the biggest obstacles to the proposal would be the taboo nature of corpses and the fact that many would see it as defiling the deceased.”

Newsweek magazine is also pushing cannibalism as the next step for “progress” on Earth. As reported by Natural News: “Citing a paper published by psychologists Jared Piazza and Neil McLatchie from the University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom, Newsweek makes the proposition that cannibalism might not be all that bad after all because some cultures throughout the world have been doing it since the beginning of time.”

Item 2: This follows the last several years of the corporate media pushing insects as a viable food source and a solution to stop “climate change.”

The Pepsi company is experimenting with insects as the primary ingredient in potential future snack chips. Can you say “Crunchy Cockroaches?”

A few years back, Dutch scientists also began pushing for insects as a global food source.

In 2015, a left-leaning university began promoting roasted crickets as an eco-friendly food source.

Across left-leaning academia, there’s an aggressive push under way to “normalize” eating insects by baking common pastry items out of them, such as biscuits.

Item 3: Democrats and the science establishment have declared war on life, and their new term for that war is “decarbonization”

Climate change lunatics are now pushing a new term: “Decarbonization.” This means eliminating carbon in the name of (somehow) saving the planet.

All food webs on planet Earth are based on carbon. All plants consume carbon dioxide and would die without it.

All humans are made of carbon. Setting aside water and hydrogen, carbon is the most abundant element (by atomic count) in the human body.

The Democrats’ “war on carbon” is a war on human life, plant life and food webs across the planet.

This is an irrefutable scientific fact. No educated scientist could deny the fact that the food webs upon which we depend are based on carbon and require carbon dioxide in the atmosphere to support plant metabolism. In effect, “decarbonization” is the same as “depopulation.”

Item 4: A global collapse of all food webs is now being engineered to deliberately depopulate the planet

Schemes are being actively pursued by globalists (Bill Gates), scientists, academia (Harvard, etc.) and governments to collapse global food webs.

All independent voices sounding the alarm are being systematically censored, de-platformed, smeared, slandered and blacklisted. The globalists must control the narrative to convince humanity to go along with their own engineered planet-scale suicide.

Dimming the sun, achieved through geoengineering. Bill Gates is funding the SCoPEx project with Harvard scientists to achieve this outcome which would involve the mass pollution of Earth’s atmosphere to block sunlight. (Yes, on purpose.)

Dimming the sun would diminish photosynthesis, reducing all plant life and phytoplankton energy production in marine ecosystems.

The result will be an engineered global food web collapse affecting both ocean-based and land-based ecosystems.

The sharp reduction in photosynthesis would drastically reduce oxygen output by plants, causing global depletion of atmospheric oxygen. This is, of course, what humans breathe.

The ultimate end game is the coordinated mass genocide of not just humanity but global food webs upon which human depend. This is genocide of Earth’s biosphere, a kind of mass genocide that goes beyond just one ethnicity or species. It is an engineered mass extinction event being rolled out right before out eyes and even promoted by insane, delusional members of the U.S. Congress.

Item 5: Globalists, mad scientists and governments are literally attempting to carry out mass genocide at 1000 times the scale of the Holocaust

Perhaps you have already done the math, but killing six billion people is 1000 times the scale of mass death carried out in the Holocaust. Earth’s population is currently over seven billion, so the actual death toll may be more than 1000 times the Holocaust.

Left-wing genocidal lunatics like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are directly pushing the mechanisms of this mass genocide. AOC is, strictly speaking, a psychotic mass genocide advocate who should be arrested to face trial for attempted crimes against humanity.

Surviving the engineered collapse of the biosphere will be nearly impossible for non-preppers, and it will be extremely difficult for those who are prepared. The highest death rates will be experienced in the cities, where the left-wing masses congregate in artificial constructs (cities) that have no self-sustainability whatsoever.

The new school year is upon us and Access Islam, a program backed by the Department of Education, is under fire again after being accused of being an Islamist indoctrination program.

This program claims to educate school children about religious diversity, but it is specifically geared toward Islam.

Children in grades 5 through 12 are required to learn about the Five Pillars of Islam then asked to make posters about them, read and interpret Islamic scripture from the Quran and provide examples on how Muslims implement these lessons into their everyday lives.

In Virginia, students in the program were required to copy the shahada, the Muslim declaration of faith, which declares, "There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah."

In New York, students were shown videos of Islamic terrorists justifying their attacks against Israelis.

In Massachusetts, students were given reading materials funded by Arab states such as Saudi Arabia, which advocates for "Palestine." While these textbooks were being used in schools, there was a rise in the amount of anti-Semitic acts committed.

It should be noted that the U.S. Department of Education backing Access Islam contradicts the United States' stance on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The United States has shown public support for Israel and does not recognize a country called "Palestine." How can the U.S. publicly support Israel while simultaneously support anti-Israel ideologies being taught in its public schools?

There is a certain point where education transforms into indoctrination, in this case, Islamist indoctrination. Many people have accused Access Islam of crossing this line, based on the fact that no other religion is taught this thoroughly, if at all, in American public schools and with no critical eye.

In fact, no other religious program of this scale has been backed by the U.S. Department of Education.

Moreover, in states where the program is taught, it is not offered as an elective course, but rather a required subject. The program is not even taught in religious studies classes (which most American public schools do not offer).

Students encounter Access Islam lesson in their mandatory classes, such as history and geography.

There have been multiple cases of parents requesting that their child receive an alternative assignment, but their requests have been refused. 

Children are told they will receive a failing grade if they do not complete the Access Islam assignments.

There has been a nationwide outrage against this program in recent years and with a new school year about to start, it is important to get all the facts out.

Access Islam is more of an Islamist indoctrination program than an educational program. It lacks the objectivity required to legally implement a program of this manner in our public schools.
