It is "in everyone's interest" for this to start as soon as possible, he added.

Palestinian High Court suspends municipal elections
The Palestinian High Court of Justice ordered the suspension of the Palestinian municipal elections in the West Bank and Gaza until an undetermined date. The elections were supposed to take place in 416 locales on October 8.
