US Secretary of State, John Kerry, held separate talks with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman on the matter of the situation in Gaza, the US State Department reports.

A message made public made it clear that Kerry believes that both sides can agree to return to a temporary ceasefire, from which a more permanent agreement can be reached.
