People are stunned to learn that the head of the U.S.CIA is a Muslim! Do hope this wakes up some! You mean until it hits you like a ton of bricks read it again, until you understand! We now have a Muslim government. John Brennan, current head of the CIA converted to Islam while stationed in Saudi Arabia. Obama’s top adviser, Valerie Jarrett, is a Muslim who was born in Iran where her parents still live. Hillary Clinton’s top adviser, Huma Abedin is a Muslim, whose mother and brother are involved in the now outlawed Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt.

The US Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against North Carolina over its controversial anti-LGBT law, calling it "state-sponsored discrimination". The law requires people to use public toilets that correspond to the sex listed on their birth certificate. It also invalidated several local anti-discrimination measures that protected gay and transgender people.

Chile's southern coast has been hit by the biggest ever "red tide" in history. The phenomenon is caused by algae which kills sea life with a toxin that paralyzes the central nervous system. The local fishing economy is struggling to cope, as Laura Westbrook explains.  

Germany knife attacker kills man at Grafing station
One man has been killed and three others wounded by a knife-wielding man near Munich, with police investigating a possible Islamist connection. The man attacked four commuters...on Tuesday at Grafing station. One of the victims died of his wounds in hospital. ...Some witnesses said he shouted "Allahu akbar" ("God is great" in Arabic) but the motive for the attack is unclear.  

South China Sea: US warship sails near disputed reef
A US naval warship has sailed near a contested reef in the South China Sea, in what Washington described as a "freedom of navigation" operation. The ship neared the disputed Fiery Cross Reef, which China controls, on Tuesday, US officials said. China said the move was illegal and "damaged regional peace".

A peaceful morning stroll by a group of elderly Jewish women on a promenade...quickly devolved into a bloody nightmare, when two young masked Palestinian terrorists stalked and stabbed two of the octogenarians in their backs. At approximately 8:30 a.m., police said that five women, all in their 80s, were walking together...before being abruptly attacked from behind by the suspects.

Senior Islamic State official in Iraq killed in air strike: Pentagon
An air strike by a U.S.-led coalition killed a senior Islamic State official in Iraq last week, a Pentagon spokesman said on Monday. The strike on May 6 killed Abu Wahib, Islamic State's chief military official in Anbar province, said Pentagon spokesman Peter Cook. The strike was on a vehicle carrying Abu Wahib, also known as Shakir Wahib, and three other Islamic State members near the town of Rutba, Cook said.
