Fereydoon Abbasi Davani, Iran’s outgoing atomic agency director, confirmed Saturday that from July 23, Iran’s nuclear program had 18,000 first generation centrifuges (for enriching uranium), with more than 10,000 active and 7,000 ready to start work.
